Privacy policy

Hadukis is operated from Spain. You can reach us at hadukisgames@gmail.com.

The short version: you can play every game here without an account and without telling us anything about yourself. What follows is the detail.

Playing without an account

If you never sign in, we store one thing: a random identifier in a first-party cookie, so that one person reloading a page does not look like a hundred players in our own counts. It is a random value. It is not your IP address, it is not a fingerprint, and it is never combined with anything from outside this site.

Alongside it we record which game was opened and when. That is how we decide which games stay on the front page.

If you create an account

We store:

• Your email address, and a display name if you give one.
• A hash of your password. We never store the password itself and cannot recover it.
• If you sign in with Google or Discord, the account identifier they give us and the name and picture on that account. We never receive your password from them.
• Your favourites, your saved game progress, and what you played.

You can delete your account at any time, which deletes all of the above. Write to hadukisgames@gmail.com and we will do it.

Advertising on this site

This site shows display advertising from Google. Google and its partners use cookies to serve those ads, and to serve ads based on your previous visits to this site or to other sites.

You can turn personalised advertising off for your Google account at Google My Ad Center, and you can opt out of personalised advertising from many other networks at aboutads.info. How Google itself uses the data is set out in its own policy for partner sites.

These ads sit on the page, around the game — never inside the frame a game runs in, and never over it.

Advertising in the games

The games we license from other studios show advertising, and it is what pays for the site. It is served by the company that supplies the game, not by us: GameMonetize. Their code — not ours — decides what it collects, and their privacy policy governs it.

The games marked Original carry none of it. No advertising code, no analytics, and nothing about you sent anywhere. Most of them load their own files and never touch the network again. Two ask for something after loading, and neither sends anything about you: the sandbox in Pair Drift fetches public market prices from biquote.io (and CoinGecko as a backup), so those services see a request from your browser the way any website does; and Strandbreak Online checks whether its co-op server is up. They briefly did carry an advertising SDK, in August 2026, and it was taken back out — we would rather say that plainly than let you discover a correction on your own.

They also keep your progress in your own browser, have no account and no server of ours behind them, and send us nothing.

Games from other studios

Games not marked Original are served inside a frame by GameMonetize. They run on that company’s servers, not ours, and everything inside that frame is governed by their privacy policy rather than this one.

Your consent choice does not reach them. Our previous supplier accepted it as part of the address we loaded, so choosing essential only switched their tracking off directly. GameMonetize offers no equivalent: their frame asks you itself, and the answer you give there is between you and them. We would rather state that plainly than imply a control we do not have.

You can change your choice at any time from the cookies page. It still governs everything we set — it is only the inside of a licensed game’s frame that it cannot reach.

Donations

The donation link on this site is an ordinary outbound link to a payment provider. There is no payment form here, no checkout of ours, and no script from a payment company loaded on any of these pages. We never see your card details.

We also do not know who followed the link. Nothing on this site records that you clicked it and nothing ties a donation back to a visit — what reaches us is the provider’s own summary of the payment, and what they collect is governed by their privacy policy rather than this one.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hadukisgames@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD.

Children

You need to be at least 13 to create an account here. Playing needs no account and no age.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will say so on the site rather than quietly editing this page.
