Hadukis (hadukis.com) is operated by Hadukis, in Spain. Using the site means accepting what follows.

What you can do

Play anything here, as much as you like, for free, without an account. Link to any page. Tell people about it.

What you cannot do

• Copy, host or redistribute the games. Ours are ours; the rest belong to their own studios.
• Frame the site or its games on another site, or strip out the pages around them.
• Interfere with the site: automated scraping at a rate that degrades it, attempts to break into accounts, or anything that stops other people playing.
• Use the site if you are under 13 and creating an account.

Accounts

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has got into it. We can suspend an account that is being used to break these terms, and we will say why.

Who owns what

Games marked Original, along with the Hadukis name, logo and the site itself, belong to Hadukis. Every other game belongs to the studio that made it and appears here under licence; nothing on this page transfers any right in them to you.

Donations

There is a donation link on this site. It is voluntary, it buys nothing, and it unlocks nothing: everything here is free with or without it, and nobody who gives anything gets a different site from anybody who does not. It is a gift rather than a purchase, so it is not refundable and no consumer right of withdrawal attaches to it.

The payment itself happens on the payment provider’s own site, not on this one. We never see your card details, and what that provider does with your data is governed by their terms and their privacy policy rather than ours.

No guarantees

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, that every game will work on every device, or that saved progress will survive forever. Keep nothing here that you would be sorry to lose.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under Spanish or EU law.

We may change these terms; the date at the top says when they last changed. Spanish law applies. See also our privacy policy.
